Carbon Steel Pipeline Supply — NLNG Expansion Project
Supplied over 2,400 meters of API 5L Grade X52 seamless carbon steel pipes and ANSI B16.5 weld neck flanges for a gas transmission pipeline expansion project at the NLNG facility. Delivery was completed ahead of schedule with full material test reports (MTRs) and third-party inspection.
Valve Package Supply — Offshore Production Platform
Delivered a complete valve package including API 6D trunnion-mounted ball valves, API 600 gate valves, and swing check valves for topsides piping on an offshore production platform. All valves were supplied with full documentation, PMI testing, and witness inspection.
Stainless Steel Pipe Supply — Chemical Plant, Lagos
Supplied TP316L stainless steel seamless pipes, stainless flanges, elbows, and tees for a new chemical processing plant in the Apapa industrial corridor. Material certifications, positive material identification (PMI), and hydrostatic testing were provided.
Bulk Pipe & Fittings Supply — Refinery Turnaround, PH
During a major refinery turnaround, supplied over 800 line items of carbon steel pipes, fittings, and flanges on an emergency basis. Items included ASTM A106 Gr. B seamless pipes, weld neck flanges, elbows, tees, and reducers. Delivery was completed within 72 hours.
Pipeline Valve & Fitting Package — Water Injection System
Supplied ball valves, gate valves, check valves, and associated pipe fittings for a seawater injection system. All materials supplied to NACE MR0175 and ISO 15156 requirements for sour service compatibility.
Gas Station Piping Materials Supply — National Chain
Supplied carbon steel pipes, elbows, flanges, and ball valves for underground piping installation at 12 new fuel retail stations across Nigeria. All materials met DPR/NMDPRA standards for fuel handling infrastructure.
